Project Description : The project involves the renovation of an existing 5,640 SF warehouse, which will be converted into a shop. Our company provided all necessary services, including labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision, to complete the renovation, per DOS/OBO specifications. The scope of work included adding a new platform lift, upgrading the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, installing new fire protection and alarm systems, upgrading the roofing, and adding a new structural system. Additionally, new building insulation, bulletproof doors, and walls were installed to enhance the security and energy efficiency of the building. Our company was responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete this job.
