PROCON International served as general contractor to the Virginia Community College System for a new automotive training complex at Reynolds Community College, Richmond, Virginia. The facility expands the college’s capacity to train students for the automotive trades. PROCON delivered engineered fabric-membrane structures on reinforced concrete pads housing twelve automotive bays with classrooms and restrooms, together with the site civil work and full utility connections — power, water, sewer and communications — tying the new complex into campus infrastructure while the campus remained in session.
