PROCON International served as prime contractor to the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, for design-build elevator replacement at the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The elevator serves the chancery lobby — the busiest circulation point on the compound, in continuous daily use by embassy staff and visitors. PROCON carried both design and construction, installing adaptable current-generation equipment while the building remained fully occupied and operational, under Department of State security protocols throughout.
