PROCON International serves as prime contractor to the U.S. Department of State for design-build elevator replacement and interior renovation at the U.S. Consulate General in Lahore, Pakistan. The work is centred on public-facing consular spaces that remain fully occupied and in daily use. Equipment was procured from a manufacturer in Spain and moved through a multi-country shipping and customs process into Pakistan — a procurement and logistics effort as demanding as the installation itself, executed within a security-controlled diplomatic facility.
