PROCON International delivered a new warehouse and fire protection facility at the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, for the U.S. Department of State. Overseas posts depend on on-compound storage and fire protection capability where local supply and services are limited. The project comprised a 23,079 SF warehouse and a 1,465 SF fire tank with pump house, together with site grading, utility installation, parking and roadway construction. PROCON self-performed approximately 80 percent of the work, bringing specialty trades from the United States where local capability could not meet Department of State standards.
