PROCON International served as prime contractor to the U.S. Army for construction of a parking facility at Building 659 in Alameda, California. The project provides the site with the vehicle capacity its operations require while resolving long-standing drainage deficiency. Scope comprised approximately 45,000 SF of asphalt paving and 10,000 SF of concrete sidewalk, together with a new stormwater collection and infiltration system designed to control runoff and prevent flooding on a constrained bayside site.
