The facility provides childcare for families stationed at a strategic Air Force installation supporting both bomber and intercontinental ballistic missile missions, where dependable family services underpin readiness and retention. The 11,000 SF renovation replaces civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, roofing and communications systems, executed on an active installation through North Dakota winter conditions.
