PROCON International served as prime contractor, in joint venture, to the U.S. Air Force for renovation of Building 1619 at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas. The project created new operational space for Security Forces and the 301st Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Scope covered 11,400 SF of building renovation and 13,142 SF of civil work — asbestos and lead abatement, structural demolition and new concrete work, complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, fire protection, new roofing and ballistic-resistant doors and walls.
