Project Description : The project involves the renovation of an existing 11,000 SF building to transform it into a Child Development Center (CDC). The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing interior, and the repair and installation of new civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and communication systems for the facility. Additionally, the work includes site civil tasks such as walkways, pavement, and utility reconnections (water, sewer, electrical, gas, and communication).

Our company is responsible for providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, project management, administrative support, plans, and permits required to complete this project.
